SHIPPING POLICY:

 

Thank you for shopping with yeahidwearthat. Every product is printed on demand through our production partner, Printify. The following information outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing and Production Time
All products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, production times may be slightly longer. Printify automatically routes orders to the most suitable fulfillment partner to ensure efficient processing.

Shipping Times
Once your order is produced, it will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout. Typical delivery times within the United States are 3–7 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and the nearest fulfillment center. Expedited shipping options may be available depending on the print provider.

International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days but may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, seasonal volume, global logistics disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Once an order has shipped, delivery speed is the responsibility of the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at yeahidwearthat@gmail.com

If the order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update the address. Once production or shipping has begun, changes cannot be made. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or building management and verify that the address entered at checkout was correct. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered up to 48 hours before arrival. If the package does not appear after this period, contact us at yeahidwearthat@gmail.com

While we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, orders marked as delivered cannot be automatically refunded.

Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, depending on the fulfillment partner used.

RETURN POLICY:

yeahidwearthat works directly with a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind after odering.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 21 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by emailing us at yeahidwearthat@gmail.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Note:

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note that yeahidwearthat will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
